GOLF SWING ANALYSIS & SCREENING

WHY DO I NEED A SCREENING?

Ever feel like your golf swing just isn’t working, but you can’t quite figure out why? Maybe you’ve lost distance, struggle with consistency, or even deal with pain after a round.

Your swing isn’t just about your technique. It’s about how well your body moves as a whole, coming down to muscle control and mobility.

At Full Swing Fitness and Rehab, I help golfers break through performance barriers by analyzing their swing AND their body’s movement, so we can fix the root cause of inefficiencies or pain.

STEP 1: GOLF SWING SCREENING

Through a detailed golf swing screening, I assess how your body moves and how that movement affects your swing. By identifying physical limitations, I connect the dots between your mobility and your mechanics to help you play your best.
Mobility – Can your joints move freely through the ranges your swing demands?
Stability & Strength – Do your muscles support and control your movement effectively?
Balance – Can you stay centered and controlled throughout your swing?

Understanding how your body moves is the first step to unlocking better swing mechanics, improving consistency, and reducing your risk of injury.

STEP 2: GOLF SWING ANALYSIS

With video capture and in-depth analysis, I break down your swing to pinpoint:
Key movement patterns that may be limiting your power or accuracy
Swing characteristics that could lead to inconsistency or injury
Adjustments and corrections that will help you improve performance

You’ll get a clear explanation of what’s happening, why it matters, and what changes can help you hit the ball farther, straighter, and with less effort.

STEP 3: MAKE A PLAN

Based on what I learn from your swing analysis and physical screening, I create a customized plan designed to help you improve. Everything is built around your unique goals, limitations, and strengths.
Targeted exercises – Focused on the areas that will have the biggest impact on your swing
Swing-specific drills – Designed to reinforce better movement patterns and mechanics
Progress tracking – So you can see your improvements on and off the course

It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach — it’s a plan that makes sense for your body and your swing.
